Price of Fireworks !
Ask a Question
I am so shocked at the price of fireworks ! Usually go to a local display, however because of lock down had to purchase our own ! WOW how much !!!!
How much did you spend tonight ???
I didn’t buy never have you might as well burn £50. No thought for animals hate them. And I have been on a reporting mission with gatherings and bonfires
Zero.
I hate fireworks and so does my dog.
He's been very upset since they started about an hour ago.
I never purchase them. I personally think they should be used at licensed public displays only (I know that those are banned this year but still), and not sold to the public. Far too much misuse of them and they cause a lot of misery to pets, wildlife and people including war veterans. Probably wouldn't be so bad if they weren't as loud as they are.
Nothing as I can't stand them. I think public displays should be the only way they are shown.
They kill animals every year and hurt people.
Should be banned
I never bought any. I can hear the dog next door barking poor thing as there have been fireworks in neighbours gardens since 5pm and he's upset.
I didn't spend anything, I don't buy fireworks. I attend displays some years, obviously not this year, but don't do my own.
Never buy them. Its stressing my daughter and dog she having difficulty concentrating on homework. Have occasionally bought sparklers
We don't buy any all I have to do if stand in my back garden and they are all around. However saying that I can't really stand firewoks night I feel for the poor animals and our gorgeous moggy Jingle
Although I used to enjoy watching them when I was younger I can’t stand them now. My one rescue dog Bolto hates them and also the cat who is currently hiding under the radiator behind the sofa!
Yes they're very expensive and although I do enjoy watching them, I feel as if I would just be burning money
We ended up with sparklers and some marshmellow smores....Not bad for 3 quid ! and the dogs didnt mind either !!
