If You Have Problem with Your Purchase Always Email the Company

Other

So before if my item I bought got broken after a year or two I would be gutted and move on... now I learnt it’s worth to email the company brand you got the item omg they are so good and helpful, not all but most to be fair ,

bought really expensive coffee table from wayfair after two year the leg broke so tweeted them saying that for the money I paid I would have expected better quality they gave me full refund 😊

Ikea it’s so bad the sofa we bought was really expensive and broke after a year they made so much trouble to us , sending technician but I had to call and set the day I could only do weekends so waited for free slot for a while after all technician came said ok I will send report that this part and this is needed , great , after a week got email from ikea that they won’t help us as it was our fault by not putting it properly together 🤔we are not professionals to put furniture together plus it would cost them nothing but weren’t keen to help so definitely won’t be buying of them again and that time we spent many ££££ for the furniture from ikea !!

bought smart Oral B toothbrushes over a year ago and battery in one was weak and had to be charged every day in no time they sent replacement

I got Michael Kors hand bag last year in New York , couple of months ago the strap got damaged from wearing , few days ago decided to write to MK in UK and said what happened and the bags are expensive so would expect to have it for more than a year , anyhow they said they dont have this specific bag I stock and if I would accept the gift card ( worth double I paid for a bag 😲) omg was shocked thought they would ask to send it back to fix it but this is awesome 😎, so good big companies do care about customers some don’t like Ikea !

So just heads up that is so worth it after all we spend loads of money for something we would like it to last longer than a year or two , like when I was little my parents had things for 20-30 years they bought as they used to be good quality now it’s all about money make it cheap sell it expensive , so aleays worth emailing the company saying what happened to your purchase if damage

We did this with a dining table from argos, it was a solid wood table which started to bow in the middle after around a year, we had barely used it and we dont have kids so there way no way we damaged it.. they collected it free of charge and offered a new one, but they had already discontinued it and had nothing similar so just gave us a full refund... staff in the shop were awful and told us there was nothing they could do, but we phoned their customer service and they sorted it straight away...

staff in the shop were awful

Customer service these days is hardly any good, for the exception of online retail and sending companies formal emails regarding an issue. Establishments need customers and if its employees are disrespectful and inadequate then they're only doing harm to the brand they're working for -- Consumers who feel wronged by these employees most of the time want and need help but end up leaving due to being disappointed with the staff.
