Proceeds of Crime Act .

Other

For many years Ive been shopping on ebay for stolen items or confiscated item . Dont worry these stolen items are being sold because either the owner hasn't claimed the item or its been confiscated off the owner as they have had the item through crime and its been seized. So watching a tv program this morning if you run a public organisation you can contact your local crime commisioner and apply for a grant from money raised from the proceeds of crime act 2002 . Also with regards to the online auctions then jusst google how to legally buy stolen items and you will then see what I'm on about .Good luck and I guarantee you will find some fantastic bargains.

I’ve never heard of this before... when I worked in retail, the police always brought back our stolen goods so we could either sell them (if they were in good enough condition) or clearance them..
