I use an oil
With various mixtures
Of oils that promote hair growth and take vitamins.
Time. I haven't been to the hairdressers since before the last lockdown as I knew if I kept my normal short hair I would be in trouble 'hairwise' again when the next lockdown happened - as it has now! So I now have a reasonable ponytail to keep it out of the way. I think all you can do is wait.
Argan oil, coconut oil, don't brush your hair when it is wet or it will cause breakage, tying your hair up in a tight ponytail promotes hair growth, taking biotin supplements helps but don't take too high of a dose or you could gain weight and massage your scalp
Most oils will promote thickness and volume, but not sure about quick growth. I think that’s down to genetics
Add more dark leafy greens to your diet and lots of water to keep hydrated. Green tea has hair growth properties too. YouTube has a lot of videos for hair growth
Two things that I’ve seen that helps promote hair growth is castor oil and also rice water .

I did the big chop a few months ago. But before that, what really helped me was protein treatments. I did them every 3 months or so and saw a big improvement.
ha I'm the opposite!!!! needing something to stop post menopausal hair growth in the wrong places eg upper lip .... groan!
