What do u think about the protest, is it safe to gather and protests?
Just more Covidiots who even yet haven't grasped a very simple FACT. The primary purpose of a mask is NOT to protect oneself but to reduce the risk of the wearer passing on the virus to others if the wearer is carrying the virus.
That is not to say a mask gives absolutely no protection to the wearer but any protection is minimal.
There have been many protests like this since the start of the first lockdown. It's not really a surprise. You only have to look at the Christmas Market in Nottingham or the crowds outside Harrods over the weekend (https://metro.co.uk/2020/12/06/hundreds-of-maskless-young-people-try-to-storm-harrods-13708172/ ) to see there are a lot of people that are never going to take restrictions seriously.
When I read this post I was watching La la Land which I think is perfect for the Covidiots.
