Hi, it may be worth trying an ice pack or a cold spray to see if this helps and paracetamol. If it's your leg keep it elevated as much as possible. I hope the pain lessens and that you're feeling better soon

ice pack first then some heat if it can be massaged i suggest thats a good help

Ibuprofen and rest as much as you can. If its really bad ask your pharmacist for something stronger x

You could try an ibuprofen gel (massage in up to four times a day) there are many different brand names, I personally don't think there's much difference between them, and they're available over the counter, many pound shops sell tubes of it. But do not use if you're allergic to ibuprofen or aspirin, have kidney problems. are pregnant or breast feeding.
