What to Put in a Christmas Eve Box

Ask a Question

We've just drawn our secret santa and I was thinking about making a sort of Christmas Eve box. Not too sure what to put in it, does anyone have any good ideas? Thanks!

Well instead of Secret Santa the staff have decided to draw the names of kids in need in our classes. I have a girl and she is 14! Sorry I forgot to include this!

Ann1984 agreed, this could help us explore the options. What is the xmas eve box symbolising?

Ann1984 Yeah, think that would be a great idea! Put a wee spa kit in it, fluffy socks, pyjamas and like hot chocolate! Thanks so much!

Han542 Or mince pies, popcorn, an iTunes voucher for a movie, maybe a pouch of hot chocolate and some marshmallows. Not every 14 year old girl likes make-up and pampering type things.

I always like to include an activity of some sort in the Christmas Eve Box - something like a cookie making kit (especially if you can find one that only needs water adding since the recipient may not have other things to add). If you’re unsure of allergies then a puzzle book that’s Christmas themed or some sort of Christmas craft. Home Bargains have some paint by number kits that could be a lot of fun.

Sounds great! The child I have is in my class so know she has no allergies. Should be easy enough to find. Thank you for the suggestion!

Han542 I just did a quick search and it looks like Betty Crocker ones are just add water! I found this one in Tesco. https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/258149204
