Have You Put Any Weight On? or Maybe Lost Some?

So they reckon that there's going to be an increase in people putting on weight in this crisis because of lack of exercise etc.
My wife is sticking the pounds on due to snacking because she is bored. (Says a lot for me!)
I've been losing weight though probably due to a bit of stress (8lbs so far).
So are you lot gaining, losing or staying the same?
properly put it on snaking eating more and no exercise im just lazy ha ha but well done on your weight loss
I definitely have. I'm picking at food more, drinking far more then I typically would. Not as active & iv fallen into a rut of not doing my morning workout. I need to do something about it, but not today
I've lost and I'm happy about that. Purely because of the physical work in the garden. Great daily workout. Even got a bit of a tan. I wear factor 25 suncream. My arms and especially my hands are brown.
My husband has actually lost weight because in his department they would buy cakes almost daily to share. However I’m pretty sure I have gained because I feel obliged to have lunch with him if he’s here. I usually skip lunch by having a very late breakfast.
I think I’m the same, but since I’ve taken up other more intense activities, I may have lost a little weight...can’t tell when I’m in loose hoodies and joggers all the time lol
I would hope that I am still the same. Either way, it should get back to normal once I can get back to my previous routine
I've lost some weight. I've got an active toddler, so constantly on the go with him and I am quite good at not snacking too much. We stick to a routine food wise for our son. We have breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner. Snacks are normally fruit or maybe a biscuit or cheese or a yoghurt and very occasionally he will get a small piece of chocolate. I'm trying not to eat too much to make sure there is food for our son in case there is something I can't get.
Definitely gaining, snacking out of boredom & stress. I know it's not a healthy coping mechanism but a weight gain is the least of my worries now, just trying to survive this pandemic.
Now if I could only slow down on the wine, I reckon I'd lose another couple of stone by the time this nonsense ends
I've put it on despite eating more. I think it's because I am eating better and heathier rather than just grabbing junk food or eating cakes and biscuits in the office!

But today's food includes meatballs in a tomato and bacon sauce and homemade corned beef rissoles, so might put a little bit back on.
probably putting it on as I have for a while anyway snacking before work and rushing down meals.
Staying constant at the moment although i feel i have lost some weight, as long as my slim fit jeans still fit me im happy !!
Put on loads in maternity leave. Now trying the 100 squats/lunges a day challenge. Hopefully I will lose a bit of weight and get a bit fitter
During lockdown, we have an opportunity to reflect on what’s important to us. It shows the harmful effects of diet culture when, during a pandemic, we’re still scared about getting fat. If you put on weight, it’s just your body adjusting to change. You don’t need to control it. Trust your body, be kind to yourself and let it do its thing. These are stressful times - just be kind to yourself
