my Amazon deliveries from 3rd party sellers are either two months late or dont turn up I had a look and in the past 6 month over 50% have not arrived- im still awaiting 4 refunds and amazon have said they will refund me three times and im still waiting! Anyone else? im so frustrated
thank you I have been five times now over 5 weeks and still waiting for it to be resolved im so mad I bought things in prime and didnt buy other things so really missed out twice- Amazon CS are getting terrible with 3rd party sellers just keep sending me back to email people who dont reply
Some of the sellers are in China and those items can be damaged or late. I also find it confusing because the quality is not the same. I try to order branded clothing because the others are just fortunate....they turn up to be good or bad.
I had problem with sizing currently...ordered size 4 y old and they sent me 3 y old one...got refund and bought an other dress.
well done for at least being able to repurchase and getting refund as of today I am awaiting 6 refunds- not even a lot of money but it is when you dont get anything you paid for- its theft really
They seem to be getting worse, not just Chinese sellers too, particularly on mispriced things. They pretend to dispatch but never send it. Very frustrating.
I normally don’t have these issues, but for the couple of occasions where the goods were not up to scratch, amazon got the seller to refund me. The only issue I’ve been getting lately is that they keep leaving my parcels in not so safe places, such as the doorstep
