I have only posted 3 deals and 2 vouchers and it says

We have some limits in place for new members to prevent people signing up and spamming LD. After you've been a member for a while you can request that we bump these limits up for you 
Whilst you've hit your deal limit for the deal you can still share vouchers, competitions and freebies too. It resets every 24 hours so you can get back to it then.
