Reading Gift Tags
Ask a Question
I am wrapping presents ready for Christmas and just wondering if when you pass someone a present do they really read what it says. I'm not sure they do
To test might put something a bit silly and funny on a couple
I tend to just read the names so I know who it is we have a tradition of not writing names on any gift bags so the person can reuse them
I do this too, not mean just sensible. A friend gave me a really solid gift box last year with an old fashioned Santa pic all around it. This year I am returning it with her gift inside and she can re use it next year, it is as new.
If the gift is handed to you by the giver I guess the tag may not be read, but if it is under tree or left ahead of time, you would need to read it.
I have one friend that likes to write a personal message on her tags, so I always read those. Generally, it’s just a way of identifying who’s gifts they are.
