Does anyone have recommendations on protein power for weights?

I've ran out and need some new powder, looking for the best offers.

Thanks

TheChimp are you serious lol?!

saytheword I have started using protein powders because I want to gain muscle, and so far it is working well considering my diet is horrendous. I normally use Sci Mx which is in the supermarkets roughly £20 for 900g. B&M normally have a few different ones also.

I was just thinking something like that. There is this amazing thing out there which has been around ever since the dawn of time, though I am starting to wonder whether or not people still use it. It is called 'food'. 👍

saytheword As Ann1984 says it's proper food you need. My OH is a body builder, eats twice a day, mainly eggs, chicken, fish (white or salmon) and veg. He has protein powder as a back up and uses it rarely. What weight are you lifting compared to body weight?

Well not as much as I wish. Just have light weights atm with the gyms being closed. Yeah food is vital to good gains I've been doing a lot of research. Thanks

saytheword OH uses bands https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07649TYNP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for shoulders/arms/back at home. You need to build up the strength, if you going to have muscles make them strong. OH lifts 122kg - he will not give up.

That it is.

I follow V Shred and Infinite Elgintensity. IE cracks me up a lot.

Now, even if people are to be in lockdown (fancy word for house arrest), they should still exercise if they can. Sitting on their butts all day isn't healthy.

My friend gets protein for their work outs. It has helped them bulk up a lot over the past couple of years
