ive done this about 3 times and every time they say my link isnt working for them? however im literally just sharing my link with them so im a bit confused as to why??

but I read your comments there and you'd really be a lot better off by contacting them on the form with your query as it will be read and dealt with more quickly. (under the 'More' then 'Other' then 'contact us'.
