I got 5,000 points and got message I will get my £5 but it never happened.
Am I missing something I should have done?
It would have been quicker to send a message through the 'contact us' form at the top, on the blue banner, under 'more'.
Thanks I am going to try that and hopefully it will help. Earlier, I referred a friend and didn't get my 250 points either.
WindowShopper Possible reason: I think you might have needed to wait for the friend you referred to become active before you got the points. This is what it says: "You'll receive 250 bonus points as soon as your friend earns 150 points".

I will try to contact them directly hopefully it will work. Lets see
WindowShopper That's probably the best thing to do - I did say my attempt to help was only a POSSIBLE reason. (I think it has cropped ip before).

First, please check the email address you have registered to Latest Deals. Press settings.
Once you have checked the email address is correct (the Amazon voucher will have been sent to that address):
Please go to contact us, select a reason, scroll down and press "send us a message"
Then type your message in the box and hit send:
Your message will then be received by our support team who will be able to help you with your request via the email address registered to your Latest Deals account.
