Rewards not recieved?

So I managed to get enough points for a reward, I went on to the dashboard to claim my reward a couple of days ago and it said it would be emailed to me. It now says its been recieved but Ive just checked and I haven't recieved anything. Any idea what the email
might be called by any chance?
nemosays haha. i was looking for something from latestdeals and instead it was titled from amazon.

For anyone else reading this, the rewards are currently Amazon vouchers.
We send them via email, so it comes from "Amazon".
We do this by hand so please allow a couple of working days.

Tom the "Contact Us" section doesn't have an email if a person wants to contact that way to LatestDeals. Are LD pondering on adding the email to that section?
