Royal Families

I love the programme The Royale Family but I don't really care much for the actual royal family

I love watching The Crown on Netflix,will binge watch the fourth season tomorrow.

I watched a documentary about Queen Victoria too,(on Netflix too) some interesting facts x

I like watching documentaries on royals from centuries ago

Having watched The Crown my perception of, and love of, the monarchy was drastically reduced. However, I have an almost obsessional passion for the history of the Monarchy and everything surrounding it. My sky box is chokka with recordings about Alfred the Great, the Plantagenets, castles, tower of London, Vikings, The Georgians etc and so forth.

I especially enjoy Dan Jones, Sam Willis, Lucy Worsley, James Daybell et al.

My favourite films are all about royalty too. The King, Outlaw King, Mary Queen of Scots, The Other Boleyn Girl, Anne of a Thousand Days. I find it really hard to keep schtum in company but I do because I appreciate not every one shares my interest!
