I think if the item is pre owned/used that should need to be stated in the title.

I also think if an item is instore only ie wild goose chase then this should be stated in the title. Preferably instore only deals having their own section so as not to get confused with deals everybody can actually get.

Would be very helpful especially in-store deals. I always try to put in-store in the title if so.
