Sainsbury's is Going to Be Selling Cheese Easter Eggs
Latest Deals
I've just seen here on lastes deal cheese Easter eggs. Sainsbury's will start to sell them in April. Yes I love cheese but don't think I would try it. What do you make of it. Would you buy it or would you like to try it.
nicolajaynehend I just got diagnosed with diabetes so I've been told I can only have a matchbox sized bit of cheese a day. I assume that's good quality cheese too though I've yet to have any. If I bought one I'd have to eat just a teeny bit each day. :-)
SuzJ so sorry to hear you been diagnosed diabetes. It's hard. Because the food you love you can't eat or it's got to be small like you said. Hope all go's well for you.
nicolajaynehend Thank-you - it's just gestational diabetes so hopefully it'll go when baby's here. It's quite intensive with the blood checks and restricted diet; given me a lasting respect for diabetics!
SuzJ I will keep my fingers cross for you. Have you got long to go. All the very best of luck. It's your 1st one.
Hi glitchhunter. I can't eat chocolate it makes me poorly. And I would not like to try the cheese egg. It's going to be to sickly. I do like cheese but not this.
nicolajaynehend I can see I am just going to go and trial one....... for research.....
Although I like chocolate this would be my choice every time. I definitely prefer 'savoury'.
nicolajaynehend I would still give it a go - it can't be any worse than the Marmite one out at the moment.
angemski I would love to try the marmite one but can't eat chocolate it makes me poorly. The cheese egg might be ok.
Aaah, marmite and chocolate, was kinda hoping it might just be marmite flavoured something...love marmite!
Suzj I just love marmite. I love it on bread with a fryed egg. It's a lovely tasty sandwhichs
It's just a bit of fun. As someone who likes cheese and Easter eggs this is something I'd buy, depending on how much it costs.
I think I would try it, at least once. But I do like the traditional chocolate eggs, so in no way would this replace my normal easter eating habits. Will have to look out for these
Asda did one last year n it was ok x might try this one x i used it last year for after dinner with crackers n oat cakes n condiments x it was a real talking point x
What a great idea. They should make some healthier options, because kids go crazy for chocolate eggs and it would be something what is snack, but perfect for kids instead of something sugary. I am with them on this one and will get it.
