It’s beautiful, but I don’t have £7.5 million spare to buy it - perhaps one day! (even then I would probably buy elsewhere where my money would get me more)
Would you buy this?

No way would i want to live there thanks. To close to the busyness of it all. I know you wont hear much inside but its not for me
Jerseydrew I agree. It’s perhaps suitable for anyone who just wants to be in central London for the experience & perhaps anyone who wants the Eurostar (someone with money to waste!) but it’s hard to imagine anyone with that much money wanting to settle there as a home
If I had the spare money I may consider buying it as an additional property and use it occasionally. But I would rather have properties in different parts of the uk and abroad. For example on in the South, one in Scotland and one somewhere in the middle maybe near Ironbridge as it’s nice there, so quiet and friendly. Abroad would be Lanzarote for the sunshine.
It's in a really convienient location and I would happily live in King's Cross. There's an area just behind the station called Coal Drops Yard/Granary Square with restaurants, shops, bars, cinema, Waitrose, etc that sits next to the Regent's Canal. Which leads to nearby Camden and Regent's Park However, if I had the money to purchase a penthouse I'd want it to have a large balcony and/or a terrace. Plus, I wouldn't want a property with such a prominent exposed beam ceiling.
ACR my office used to be nearby, so I’ve known the area before & after the changed - I must say I’m very impressed by how it’s been developed, particularly Coal Drops Yard - it’s become a very vibrant area to hang out, particularly this summer. I’ve always loved the nature reserve nearby - it’s amazing how much nature is within central London
There was a big fire there not so long ago.If I had that kinda cash I would definitely opt for something more rural and peaceful.
No amount of money would make me want to buy it. I don't like the layout nor the Victorian beams in the living room. For that price I would want so much more especially acres of land with a swimming pool and views that stretch for miles .. just not buildings and buildings .
