In Search for the Best Gooey Chocolate Cake Recipe?!

Hi there, I am desperate to make a deliciously gooey chocolate cake for a very special birthday this year and I wondered if anyone had any failproof recipes for cake and gooey chclate buttercream too, that they would be happy to share?

Not a recipe but the Betty Crockers Devils Food cake mix and chocolate fudge icing makes an amazing cake or cupcakes. Their on offer in sainsburys at the moment too. I will post them as a deal now.
Ooh I have never tried these but whilst they are on offer, it seems a great time to try them! How many cupcakes do you find a box of the mix makes? Thanks so much for letting me know.
SaverDeals they make 24 if not more. I usually buy 2 lots of each and make a big cake and a few cupcakes with whats left over
