What Shoes Do You Wear in the Snow?
Ask a Question
When we, on the rare occasion, are blessed with an exciting blanket of white snow, what do you decide to wear on your feet. Do you have go to shoes for the snow or just wear whatever you would normally? We usually wear wellies.
I normally wear a pair of walking boots with thick socks. Absolutely love walking in the snow. Especially in the middle of the night when no one's around, it has a magical feel to it,lol.
I have Sorel boots that are designed for dealing with snow and sleet, and I wouldn’t try wearing anything else
I have never actually heard of these but they sound ideal for the snow. Thanks so much for sharing, that is really helpful! I will do some research on them.

SaverDeals you’re welcome. I only get them when they’re on offer, as the original price is too steep. But they’re solid boots and well worth it - mine are probably 8 or 9 years old, and still going strong
I usually wear boots with a couple of pairs of socks. It's what I wear in the winter normally anyway. I need to get new boots as my current ones no longer fit over my calves!
A couple of pairs of socks is always a good idea. Especially when the weather is dreary and the temeperature drops. Saves freezing toes!
i wear calf high flat boots with fur insideto keep my tippie toes extra warm some times i do wear my wellies
Ive found the best footwear for grip were my wellies, and they stop your feet getting wet, and can layer them up
