Shopix or Recept Hog

Feedback

both of these give you points for snapping your receipts which you can redeem for money or vouchers. which one do you think is better and why i personally are using both and have enough points to cast out but personally think shopix it quicker

shoppix is definitely more rewarding, but I use both too. That way, more rewards! Lol

same for me too - both offer rewards, and though Shoppix helps you earn rewards faster, the hog is a steady earner, so I use both too

ptenn00 indeed. Wish there were apps like them around, as you get something for something so quick and simple

I've never used either of these. Are they worth doing? How long does it take before you receive a payout?

if you have a load of receipts, then why not - you will simply get rewarded for uploading them, and sometimes you get surveys to earn a little extra. the rewards can take a while to build up, but it's easy. shoppix's minimum cashout is £5 for 3200 tokens (you get 25-30 tokens per receipt uploaded), and receipt hog's minimum cashout is £3 for 1000 coins (5-20 coins per receipt)

Agreed, receipt hog takes so much longer than Shoppix to build up enough points to redeem. You do seem to have to do a little more on Shoppix in the way of surveys and answering questions for points though

Shoppix is so much better, I cash out more frequently than reciept hog despite uploading the same reciepts to both. I'm probably going to stop using reciept hog once I get my next voucher, I often don't bother snapping them straightaway if I'm in a rush then forget completely.

I prefer shoppix as well, receipt hog takes longer. I upload my receipts on a lot of different apps😂 But my favourite has to be snap my eats. £5 for every 15 receipts per month

I use shoppix but only signed up recently and managed to pay out once £5. Unfortunately I am not a user of a recept hog as they don't accept new users at the moment but I am on their waiting list apparently 🙄

Thank you vickymartin33 ☺️ I use other apps like: SnapMyEats, Shoppix, HuYu and ZIPZERO so it’s ok but I was trying to maximise it 🤗

I use both and a third called Huyu (this one is supermarket reciepts only and no paypal only vouchers). Shoppix as others have said is quicker but I like that Hogg will allow you to post more than one receipt per day for the same shop (i.e. having one for each of Morrison's food shop & cafe)

Receipt Hog is the nicest to use, but Shoppix pays out much quicker. Best to use both though!

Shoppix is 10x better! Receipt Hog tends to take me sooo much longer than with Shoppix. I usually cash out on Shoppix once every 3 weeks. It's definitely worth doing, before binning your receipts take a quick picture of them and upload them! It's brilliant, so glad I found the app! 🙂
