Do You Have a Signature Dish?

my family like my all dishes whatever I cook

I am a general cook and have many dishes I like to cook but my son has a signature dish which he does on special occasions.....Beef Wellington. 20 odd years ago he was a chef but still enjoys cooking so the rest of us get a real treat when invited to dinner.

We all went round for Beef Wellington and Dauphinoise potatoes on Sunday, it was yummy.

My signature dish is also lasagne I find the more cheese I put into it, the more everyone likes it... also to accompany that, I make a strawberry chocolate tart which is very sickly but sooooo good... but alas, I am on a diet just now so no lasagne or chocolate tart for me

My signature dish is chicken curry

It depends who in my family you ask. My daughter it's probably Mac and cheese, my husband Danish cod with roasted vine tomatoes, me Mediterranean chicken with roasted veg

I also make a very nice chocolate truffle tart, which is very rich and fattening

I have a number of dishes. Macaroni, lasagne, spag bol, lamb hotpot, curry, shepherds pie.

I would say my signature meal is a traditional roast dinner

My signature dish is 'whateveriputinthemicrowave' sometimes I surprise myself and cook it all the way through lol....what can I say...I'm looked after by a chef called Gary
