Has anyone used the GP service on SimplyHealth.co.uk? If so what was the procedure and was it any good? 
They are definitely legit Kelsey, they used to be HSA and are a scheme where you pay a monthly fee and can claim for things such as opticians, dental, hospital stays etc. I've been using them for years, but they have just introduced a new part to the scheme where by you can speak to a doctor. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with the GP part Thank you 
I’ve not used it or even heard of it but I just typed in ‘Simply Health reviews’ on Google and the insurance company comes up with terrible reviews.
I’m not sure if it’s linked and it’s the same company as the insurance company, as I’ve not heard of the company before, but just Google it and check for reviews & take it from there 
I've been using Simplyhealth for years (only for claiming for dental treatment, opticians etc)and have had no problems ever. However, they have just introduced a new part to the schedule which is the speak to a GP. I was just wondering how effective they were, or if there was a queue/waiting time etc? Thank you for your reply 
theonlineclinic.co.uk seems to be a good site and on trust pilot they are 9.7 out of 10 with 4500+ reviews.
If something serious u can call NHS 111 and someone will consult with u on the phone and they can also book urgent appointments after.
I've used them before when I had sepsis, and they were good. This is for a minor annoyance which I need help with now
