4G SIM card for outside for EU.

On Tuesday I fly to Tunisia with the family.

The hotel we are staying in offers free WiFi but reviews say that it's painfully slow and only works in the loby.

We are taking my 4 year old and she loves watching Netflix on her iPad before bed so a half decent connection is required.

I'm currently on EE and I need to find a SIM card that EE will accept that allows me to make calls home and use local 4G network without coming home to a hefty bill.

Any suggestions on networks would be greatly appreciated.
