Smartwatch ~ I'm Confused!

I'm a bit confused with these smartwatches. I'm after one I can connect to my phone's using my mobile wifi. I'm only after a cheap one so looking on wish, but cannot find ones that have Wi-Fi with having to put a SIM card in, unless I'm reading them wrong and they all can be connected to my data.
