Rain.
If it was snow then it'd make it somewhat physically hard to get anywhere before it would get cleaned up.

Rain. Not a fan of snow. Snow causes a lot of delays in everything and. You just don't want to leave the house. Also when the snow begins to melt it become slippery and you have to walk like a penguin to make sure you don't fall
