I've just messaged the LDs Team as they've deducted points and taken off a freebie, I thought it was odd as the freebie is still showing and it wasn't until I've gone back to it totally confused that I've realised what they've done, I posted 2 freebies from Anglian Water, one was for a 'Shorter Shower Challenge' where you get a free Shower Timer and other Freebies, the other is this one - A Free Water Saving Kit, which includes Lavender Seeds and other freebies, now these are clearly 2 DIFFERENT freebies and if you can read you can see that, so why has one been taken off, that's why I wondered if there was somebody new going through the postings as I know 'someone' had exactly the same yesterday!!

Alternatively, it may be because it was not unique. If you find something that has multiple colours, flavours or varieties - but all under the same offer - please only post it once. LDs is time consuming enough without having points wrongly taken off and having to chase around to get them back, I am NOT happy! I suggest all members regularly check their points!!

Sorry to hear you've had a frustrating experience with LD. That's something we always want to avoid.

Please do drop us a message via the contact form and we can certainly investigate. It sounds as if it was a simple mistake and, if so, I'm sure we can quickly rectify it.
