I'm not feeling well. Any ideas for things to do that will keep my soggy brain occupied and not make me worse.

I know this may sound silly but colouring in adult colouring in is supposed to be therapeutic www.klearminds.com/blog/colouring-books-for-adults-what-are

That's not silly at all. Some libraries near me prior to lockdown held groups where adults would colour in together. Is all based around mindfulness which can be a really powerful tool in managing negative emotions 😁

I'm in sympathy. I'm just trying to stop my kids from screaming in same room. How about a nice hot bath that's my plan

Epsom salt baths and green tea.

Detox your body and relax.

Note: don't sit in the Epsom salt bath for more than 15-20 mins.
