Sort out Your Amazon Gift Card System Please

When I gained my first 5,000 points you told me my Amazon gift card had been sent. ...it had not, I had to contact customer support to get it sent 'again'.
Now on 15,000 points you told me my Amazon gift card had been sent. It has not. But sadly this time customer support are not answering.

I received your support message on Saturday 18th August and replied on Monday 20th August.
We have re-sent your Amazon gift card again to your email address, and I provided a screenshot showing you so.
Please note, all emails and Amazon gift cards are sent to the email address you used to register your account on Latest Deals. Please check your email address: https://latestdeals.co.uk/settings
It seems to be a problem with your email provider not getting emails. If it's a Hotmail account, make sure you're looking in the Spam / Junk / Focused and Other folders.
Here is the screenshot showing that we have re-sent it.
If still no luck, feel free to send us a Contact message again with an alternative email address we may send you your reward to.

Cheers Tom, been checking and double checking everything and no sign. Will check email settings on here to see if I am using a different one.
CashoutCarl I can see the email from you this morning and the resent voucher, thanks for that. But no sign of it ever being sent the first time. Anyone else having trouble receiving vouchers automatically without Tom having to chase them up? Or just me?
CashoutCarl Not valid probably because you sent a different one compared to the email. Now I have found it I can no longer enter it due to Amazon now making me go through captchas and every single one not working, after entering over 20 incorrect ones (although at least 80% will have been correct) I am gonna have to clear cache and use a new browser to see if I can use Amazon normally. Why do Amazon captchas not work? Arrgh!

CashoutCarl I have had this issue once, as I never received the original email. But I contacted Tom and it was sorted straight away - he might now be a TV star, but the man is like an octopus, juggling everything at the same time (I believe the process is still manual, but it will always get done)
Well that was an experience I want to forget at Amazon. Over 30 captchas entered and not one worked, talk about pulling ones hair out! So had to contact customer service and get the voucher put on at their end. Hope those captchas are not sticking around for ever otherwise Amazon will be broke for me.
