What are some words you find tricky to spell properly or some words you thought you were spelling right only to realise you weren't spelling it correctly all along
For a long time I always thought Maltesers were spelt Malteasers .. and quite recently I learnt to spell definitely properly.. I thought it was spelt definately 
My science teacher would tell us he remembers to spell successful correctly by thinking that the two C's are like having two collars and the double S is for two socks .. and he taught us the same 
I find most words tricky 
no one would understand what I type if not for auto correct

Imnotcheap bless you I'm grateful for auto correct too mind you there has been times when even auto correct had no clue what I just typed 
I have dyslexia so always find spelling really hard, sometimes just the simplest of words I struggle with. Over the years I have developed strategies to help me get my spelling correct or if in doubt just google what I think it is.
mazza2112 it's cool you have different strategies to help you try and remember how to spell correctly 
I'm dyslexic so I can't spell that good anyway thank god for predictive text lol and when words don't look right to me I can just saying it on Google
Eye hav know trouble hat hall with my spelling , hit seams too me that peeple wurry 2 much abowt hit . 
Im dyslexic too and reply on the red worms, google and Alexa to help now and then. Still amazes me why 'dyslexic' is so blooming hard to spell

I am afraid I am a bit of a pedant about spelling. I hate seeing words with spelling errors but I can't help that anymore than those who cannot spell. Predictive text is a nightmare for me as it takes my correctly spelled words and changes them into something totally different.
I know what that's like, but it's ultimately not a big issue. At most, it could change 'of' to 'it' and 'than' to 'then' though other than that it doesn't screw up what a person is writing (normally).
Hi Nadia interesting Topic I am so bad in spelling mostly here some time I do write something else when I click itβs comes up different word then I have to edit that quickly I know one person they do check spelling mistakes I donβt want to tag them they might come here later nice to read everyone comments especially?
