That sounds a nice plan nicolajaynehend. You can watch what you want and eat when you want! There will just be my husband and myself this year. We have decided on a walk on the beach with the dog and then salmon for dinner.

I have done in the past, as my sister would work an evening shift in a care home we'd had Christmas dinner then be on my own. I didn't mind, but i went on Twitter as Sarah Millican does a # for people who are alone at Christmas. I hope you have a lovely day

im sorry to here u are alone this xmas my mother is also alone as she cannot manage my stairs

Me and my partner were ment to be going to his sons for Christmas day with all the rest of his family probably about 15 in total, but this month has been a hard one as my mum passed away she Was 88 I stayed with her till the end, I also had to have my 14 year old shiz tue put to sleep 2 weeks ago, which topped it all off. There is no way I could do a big Christmas day I told my partner to go, but he said he wanted to stay with me

So it's just the 2 of us and my German sheppard

Fortunately ive never been alone at christmas and im hoping that i never will be. My dad is in hospital at the moment though we are hoping he can come home today, if not then it looks like we will be having xmas in hospital.

Hear about big family Christmas dos and I think how lucky. Then when New Year arrives I hear about the upsets they’ve had. We keep our Christmas just low key these days with our children and partners.
