I normally aim to spend £10-£15 on family members, except my 3 grown up children whom I spend £100 each on, my granddaughter £50-100 and my mum £25. I start buying as early as possible and get as many bargains as I can.
Ae roughly spend £20 per nephew/niece and abit more on the parents. Secret Santa is done at work with normally a £10 budget so nothing extravagant lol! I ended up with a bubble gum machine and bubble gum balls last year which I regifted to my nephew
We usually have a budget of £15 per sibling, £40 on the parents joint and £100 per child. Nephews, nieces, extended family are all around £10.
I like to do a hamper each year filled with my family's favourite things. The hamper usually contains chocolate and sweets, skincare for women (men in my family do not do or like skincare products) and a piece of clothing for everyone, and one thing that they want this year.
