How Do You like Your Steak?

I tend to go for medium rare, as any more than that it starts to toughen and becomes chewier

I have left out blue as I don’t think many people can handle it that rare...

I like mine medium rare. I used to have it well done till I waited over an hour in a restaurant once for my meal and it came medium rare I didnt send it back because I didnt want to wait any longer so I just ate it and it was lovely. so ever since then I get it medium rare

I used to have it well done too, but then I went somewhere where that wasn’t an option, and although the initial sight of it put me off, the steak melted in my mouth and I’ve not looked back since 😊

I like mine medium to medium rare, my boyfriend is an amazing cook so he always does mine perfect, but I never know how to ask for it when eating out as every chef is different!

I'm a well done kinda girl. Can't stand the sight or texture of any pink.

Medium, I don’t like to tough and a bit pink, but not really keen on blood. Thanks, I fancy steak and mash now

Medium rare, every time and it must rest for a few minutes on a warm plate. Season with Fiddes Payne steak seasoning before putting in the pan and nothing else comes close to the flavour.

There is only one way to have your steak in my opinion and that is rare. LOL I know some won't agree but as long as you have killed the surface bacteria and the temperature is right - rare does not mean cold - then rare it is.

Lol I have had certain cuts rare and they’re nice that way, but I think I do like that char that you get when it’s cooked just a touch longer, particularly the parts that have some fat 😋

Used to eat medium well, as I didn't want my steak bleeding. I still don't particularly want it to bleed, but go for medium now. Not a fan of a puddle of red when I'm eating so don't really want anything rarer than that 🤢

I do love a good steak, for me it has to be medium to well, in other words a nice red colour in the middle but no blood swimming around my plate. Always topped with a nice Dianne Sauce.

Medium rare is preferable, well done is like eating shoe leather but even then if it's given to me I'm likely to eat it
