StoRewards Verify Email Problems?!

Hello, I have being using StoRewards since September and cashed out £40+ vouchers. Tried to cash out today but got a 'verify email' error. Every time I try to, it keeps saying it again.

Anyone else having the same problem?

I think they have changed their system and you need to verify your email every time you cashout. But there is a delay getting the emails ! I would leave it a few hours keep checking your spam folder just incase

Thank you! It was there this morning. So cashout complete! It's a great and easy app, so glad it wasn't starting to glitch!

Yes I had the same last week I went to cash out £20 and got the same message as you got but then I got a email saying that they had sent the £20 to my PayPal account but they have not took the points yet but the money is still in PayPal account, so I will wait to see what happens before I cash out again

Thank you! Verification email came through this morning! My points deducted when I cashed out. Be interesting if yours stay....a beneficial glitch 😝😅

I have been having problems all week and not getting my bonus points. I have to delete app everyday and install again to get points, annoying but works.

eyeballkerry i some times have problems saying it can’t upload as there’s no internet connection but I just switch the WiFi of and back on and that seams to work for me

tara73ziva mine is really slow on WiFi so I only ever upload on 4g. Although I can't say much, as I'm on a very slow rural broadband anyway!
