How Can I Stregnthen My Nails Please Help

i v'e never had long nails until recently and was so proud i have let them grow but this last 2 week they keep snapping and its upsetting me like mad as my friend had already bought me a huge set of all the colour of nail polish you can think of and i'm not joking its huge and i know it wasn't cheap and now i've hardly any left please please please help me xxxx
Evening primrose oil capsules are the answer. I had to take them for another condition and found stronger nails as a bonus. It won't happen overnight so be patient
Jojo any hand cream that dose nails. That what I use its called hand and nail cream. My nails was just like yours. Since I been using hand cream it's made a big different. All so when you do the dishes put cream on rub in hands and nails then put rubber gloves on. This all so helps. And when you do any house work all ways were gloves. And eat fruits fresh fish this will all so help with making your nails strong. In the last 3 month I've seen a big different in my nails. By Christmas you could have lovely nails. And use your lovely new nail polish. Oh and you can buy a clear nail polish for your nails. It's to make them strong . I were it all the time. And when I've painted my nails I put on a top coat. Which makes your nail polish last longer and stops nails breaking. Hope this has helped you. And I hope have lovely nails by Christmas. 
This happens to my daughter's nails - I've just bought her some nail strengthener from Amazon - not sure if it'll work or not but it was only a few quid!
There are special capsules for hair and nails... They really good and also some nail polish support the streght and you can get nail oil
