I recommend to another user the other week that rubbing vick into forhead and temple help relieve migraines and it helped the poster maybe it will do same for your headache as they very similar

I usually just bear with it, and massage that area as much as i can. I have used ointments like tiger balm, the red one, as that sometimes helps. Having something spicy might help as well, but that depends on whether you like hot food or not
