Rant alert!!
I just ordered from Studio and as normal had my delivery address as my work address, this time however it defaulted to my home address somehow and I didn't realise until I received my order email. Called them straight away saying what had happened and in a very simpering patronising voice they said 'once the order has gone through, nothing can be changed' despite it being their end and only 2 minutes between ordering and me calling. Studio use Hermes to deliver and in my area that means never receiving items as they are so rubbish. Any ideas on what I can do?
Cancel the order and reorder? Most companies will let u cancel if its before its been dispatched
Tried that and you can't cancel either as 'the order has been confirmed' even tried cancelling through my bank and couldn't. Never had a problem with them before and certainly won't again as they have definitely lost my custom
Dilligaf maybe try putting in a complaint. You likely spoke to a customer service person. If you make a complaint someone from their complaints department may be able to sort it. You could also call back and ask to speak to a manager
joannecroston I have filed an official complaint via email and post now and tried several times to talk to a manager, seems they don't have any. Live and learn eh?
Dilligaf what a nightmare, the only issue i had with studio is when i wanted to order some personalised dressing gowns and pay outright and they dont give that option. I didnt want a credit account but thats the only way to order
