I propose introduction of Opinion poll
It would be nice if we can get a general opinion for various topics
Just give some choices
for eg:
Who do you think is best mobile service provider in UK
a) EE
b) giffgaff
c) .................
................
g) others
It will make it a bit more engaging and interesting.......

I would like great service and rubbish service threads. I would put Argos home delivery in the great service category. ASDA go in the rubbish service. Their staff in my local are always rude, don't want to know, don't want to help. I only go there if I have to and every time I come out fuming. I didn't have time to email them and complain at the weekend. EE locked my phone when I tried to change to 02! It was a £7 pay as you go, not a smartphone, but they never unlocked it. All because I tried to change to 02.
Asda are heavy users of workfare so the people being rude may be working there at a lot less than minimum wage. Let them know that you won't use them while they use workfare and things might improve (although some of these companies will just deny it).
ShelleyAnn.. I agree with you for both. Argos are excellent! Although I do shop at Asda's a lot, some staff are ignorant. I tried to get attention of half a dozen staff members, not one of them stopped. Too busy chatting amongst themselves!
well there are multiple ways for this ............but i would suggest that users give suggestions for possible polls and someone from latestdeals team could choose topic for poll either daily or weekly.
If possible please make a new section named polls on website under follow us on homepage for quick voting and viewing results.
for the time being you could experiment with it in chat section by making a new thread but number of participants could be limited as a lot of people don't tend to go through chat.
