I just added a voucher and it is currently being moderated. Fair enough it's understandable.
I was just wondering is there a way to see progress on a submission that is in moderation. That way if there are any discrepancies, I am able to make the necessary changes for the deal/voucher/competition/freebie in question.

Thanks for the feedback! Our moderation system (at the moment) is a queue of "reports" that one of us or our lovely mentors checks and handles. I think in your post's case our automatic system detected the image might not be suitable so it was put into a moderation queue to be manually approved. The second it's approved (which it was - nothing wrong at all with what you shared - just our silly robots!) it goes live 
One of the features in the pipeline is to enable people to still see their own posts if they're in moderation. That way if we need to we can leave comments on the posts suggesting edits and/or asking questions and you'll still have access to the post to see what's going on and edit it if you want to.
In short - great idea and (I think) what you've asked for is already in the pipeline! Please do shout though if I've misunderstood.

I have found that I am not always notified when people thank me for posting a comp. Initially I get an alert but later on I don't necessarily know whether anyone else has thanked or not. Today I have opened everything posted in the last 5 days and there have been many 'thanks' that I should have, and now have, acknowledged. Any thoughts on this?
Hey tumblespots we do group notifications together. So if you're not on the site for a few hours and in that time 7 people comment on your post to thank you, you'll only get the 1 notifications with something like "7 people have commented on your post"
Could that possibly be what's happened?
Kelsey No, I don't think so because I would then thank anyone up to that point. However, sometines not all my notification are greyed out. Could it be that any that aren't grey have had another 'thank' post? If so then they aren't all at the top of my list.
Is it possible, when entering competitions, to see the name of the company providing the comp on the front page/first screen that you see i.e. before you have clicked on it to see the full details?
Jaycee5 Yes, I think it could stop extra clicking to know who the comp host is.
