Sun Holidays Prices

I'm feeling a bit ripped off with the sun £9.50 holidays. I want to book a weekend away for the Friday bank holiday in may this year. It's my 40th and this way I can milestone it without the big hoohah. This year the bank holiday is a Friday and I thought the sun deals would be perfect. Here's my problem for me to book somewhere it's going to cost £15.50-£26.50 pp that's hardly a bargain.
