As soon as I start watching videos and see simple words such as "Interview" being mis-spelt (in the first ten seconds) I lose interest. That's as far as I got - I prefer more scholarly lecturers. People who try to get their point across by bombarding me with totally unnecessary loud music don't impress me either.

My opinion is the best food (and drinks) to avoid are those containing too much sugar - apart from that eat anything within moderation. Even so called healthy foods should only be eaten in moderation. Many people could be healthier just by reducing the amount of food they eat.
