Just curious what kind of takeaways are open near you, and which (if any) have closed?
Have any started taking extra precautions like making sure customers maintain distance, or introducing contactless payments instead of cash?
We only found out last Friday that the chip shop is still open. I have no idea how they enforce the social distancing.
I actually went to my local one the other day. People were mostly doing the social distancing themselves while queuing, but it failed a bit at the counter unfortunately.
yes, there are a few fast food places, fish and chip shops, and a couple of pizza places. Not many people are buying from them. Most of the people I see popping in and out are the delivery drivers
I'm mostly wondering because we're hoping to have a Chinese at the weekend. But they normally only accept cash. I'd heard that takeaways are being encouraged to move away from cash payments though. Not sure how many places have been affected.
We only have a Domino's.
To be honest, I've never tried one because of all the bad reviews.
And fancy charging £19.99 for a large pizza! 
The thing with Domino's is that you need a good voucher like 50% off to make it worth it. They do have some good pizza, but you certainly need a deal.
quite a lot around my area is still open for takeaways, but I normally just use Uber eats or just eat now to order my food to see what’s left open
There seems to be a few open on the just eat and Uber eats app which are mainly kebab shops or indians. I don’t know if I would fancy ordering a takeaway though
Tbh going out shopping is enough of a risk. Im not going to be adding having a takeaway on top of that. Though there are a few open around my area. Mainly kebab shops.
