Tesco Worker Suing Supermarket for £20k after Colleague 'Farted in His Face'

Regularcomper90 I could not stop laughing. I had to read it again. Because I thought it was a joke. What I can't understand is how it happened. Was the worker on the floor oh what. The courts will throw it out. The worker just wants the money. I am still laughing has I write this. Thank regularcomper90 for sharing this funny bit of news.

It's not really the fault of Tesco, he should be suing the person that dealt it

Their managers do not even follow their own rules. Keeping shelves empty for weeks till stock arrive, put out bananas when they green. Also they make u to ask questions to customers in their stores when u go to interview and that should be paid, because that is called market research.

Mr Masood claims it was one of a number of acts of "less favourable treatment" he suffered because of his Muslim background, the Evening Standard reports.

In legal papers submitted to the London South employment tribunal, Mr Masood claims there was “too much racism” in the Thornton Heath store.

He claims and felt he was discriminated against by colleagues because he was Pakistani.

So, he's claiming it was a race-based attack but then goes to say it was because of his Muslim background and/or that he's Pakistani. The latter is believable but not the former because it's not a race, Pakistan is a country in the Asian continent so he may have an actual truthful point.

Sort of seems like he just wanted to scream "racism! RACISM!!" even though it might have not been about.

The fart thing? Yeah, that'd p*ss me off too, I agree with him here. I'd imagine the scenario would be very much different if it were in US, Russia or etc.
