Rockman I think there is a truth behind, when vegetables get gene manipulated and do not contain as much vitamins and calories that it did in the past. Also animals get food which has hormones inside, to make them grow faster. These things effect our health and someone should look in it. Vegetables and fruits cost more than healthy food. Just think about it: McDonald`s saver menu is cheaper than make a meal at home and this is the biggest issue. Lots of processed food!High in sugar makes people fat of course and it is because we do not get educated about the food groups and calories in school.

It can cost more but if bought from a seller who sells it him/herself down the road, it totally beats the supermarket quality and prices. Just yesterday I bought a load of fruit which I wouldn't have had it been at a supermarket.
For now, I'm pulling away from eating meat and maybe once a week or so.

Exactly! Doing simple stuff as just that can improve the body a lot and I gotta confess, my body feels in much better shape than a while back as I've been taking better care of myself while not eating fast-food anymore. Plus, walking and running makes wonders too.
Milk also helps a lot in keeping the body in good shape.
Being a vegan is no fun, it's just better to take the best of both worlds and live with it.

I am a woman, and I think women are going to far with equal rights, feminism..etc. I am not sure how can we be equal, honestly our whole biology is different and we meant to serve different purposes. Women gives birth to babies, men can not do that, so will we make this equal too? I really do not get it...
