Third Party Marketplace Seller Trying to Pass as "Amazon"

This seller goes by "Amazon", he or they copied the info of the real Amazon website/company for their gain and has over 901 reviews. Yeah, as if a company that has been in the business would only have 901 reviews after all this time.
Just how is Amazon US/UK allowing this marketplace seller who's plagiarizing them to continue selling on there?
Amazon is an interesting place. Anyone can sell there now, kind of getting the eBay feel. Lots of the sellers are Chinese now and they show u can get prime delivery and the product will turns up after weeks. I ordered some tulip bulbs, seemed like from UK seller with prime and tulip seeds turned up from China. It was clearly written> 3 tulip bulbs, instead of hundred of tiny tulip seeds....I think Amazon should kick these sellers out. Also most of the time there is a quality issue with these things.
AgnesFaludi I've noticed that Amazon now has considerably more Chinese sellers but if I want to buy from a Chinese store, I usually order at Aliexpress and eBay than Amazon. The delivery charges and where they're from isn't always very clear so it's another reason I don't use them on Amazon.
Rockman I did not see, that the seller is from China. Just when it arrived....I was shocked and the envelop came from China.
AgnesFaludi I kind of had the same issue, my account was somehow linked to another one but eBay's Customer Rep assured me everything was okay. Plus, whenever I got in contact with them they'd always take care of the problems I had and even waived fees.
I don't use eBay anymore these days but the account's still there, anyway.
AgnesFaludi I sent my mother her tablet because she could no longer use her router. She is in Canada and the only ones on the Canadian site were Chinese. It didn't work. It's a bit difficult when you are dealing with things from another country with someone elderly. Hard to know if it is her or the tablet but I think probably the latter as she is quite good with technology even though she is 92.
Jaycee5 oh, she lives in Canada? That's pretty cool. That's on the plan of road trips I'll be taking.
