Thrift+ - Has Anyone Had Any Problems?

Has anyone who has signed up with Thrift+ had any problems with their boxes as we have waited for ages to hear the outcome of our boxes and then this afternoon my mum said they have written to her to say that none of her clothes are top notch. Everything was new. Apparently they are not needing primark clothes so they sent them to charity but they are selling primark clothing on the store.

I have still not received an email about mine.
