Can anyone recommend any good thrillers/crime series films or books?
the ones amazon prime keep recommending to be are criminally dire! TIA
Fargo. It's currently on its third season and the fourth is in the works but may take a few years (maybe 2020-21) or so.
There's also True Detective that I've read it's brilliant but have not seen it.
I like crime shows but series that are about cops are too identical to each other and have no creativity. Except Cops where they arrest people on camera, that's entertaining.
thanks Rockman I started watching the first series but was so busy I couldnt follow the plot well enough so gave up, time so a revisit thank you for reminding me.
Fargo has a sort of specific order to watch in. OneeyedRaven
Season 2 > 1 > 3 but watching as it originally aired might make more sense to get the feel of the broadcast version.

I agree, Missing was brilliant and I loved the old French guy! I wasn't so keen on the last series dealing with prostitutes and the steamy side of life though.
