[Tip] if You Ever Have Problem with a Paypal Purchase and Need to Contact Them

Other

While Paypal does not offer live chat or an email for contact (unless you use CEO Email to look it up), they have a free phone line which you can call them and take care of the issue in just a matter of a few minutes.

Steps:

1. Log in to your Paypal account

2. Head on to "Help"

3. Then go to "Call Customer Service" and on that page you have an 0800 number and a special number you'll then need to type or say.

If you never called Paypal before then you may not know how to get in contact with Paypal's customer service as the automated responses given don't say either. Simply say "Customer Service" and you'll be directed to one of their representatives. 🙂

I recently had a problem with an eBay/Paypal purchase in that the order was compromised and eBay told me to get a refund so this was how I got my money back.

I hope this helps whomever may be in need to contact them.

I've called paypal a few time on the 0800 number and I've always found them to be extremely helpful.
