Tired All the Time
Ask a Question
I feel tired all the time and hearing this tiring complain from all of my family and friends.
Is it because of weather or we are having some other bug?
OMG!!! This is literally me as well I sleep enough hours but for some reason I feel asif I could sleep 24/7 constantly. I always feel so drained
Good morning, perhaps weather is the reason of it. I am having tiredness for weeks and tired of tiredness now
Tell me about it just woke up after 6 and half hour but feels like I haven't slept for 6 days now.
I feel tired as well but I think it’s the weather. it’s gloomy and miserable. Which I think affects your mood. Making you seem tired.
I'm always tired too, but mine is due to having a 14 month old who doesn't sleep for longer than 2 hours at a time.
If I don't have energy drinks then I be sleeping the minute sit down even at kitchen table have had blood tests but nothing shows up I come to conclusion it's motherhood and running a house
Try super B complex vitamins and/or iron. They made a world of difference for me and I noticed a difference within a day or 2.

Lots of people feel tired and if it is not due to an illness it probably has a lot to do with too much sugar. Look it up.
Or not enough water.
Lack of water can cause you to experience periods of fatigue and low energy as your body tries to function without enough water. If you're constantly feeling sluggish and tired despite getting a quality night's sleep, you may need to boost your water intake.
Johnny Absolutely. I got a bit preachy about this a couple of years ago on here as I had not drunk enough water for a very long time but not realised it was a problem. Trouble was I never felt thirsty and could go from getting up and having my coffee to gone early evening without a drink.
When I started drinking lots more water I found my skin improved, my joints didn't ache and I felt far less tired.
My age on here is no secret and I find I can work all day, keep house and enjoy TV and reading without falling asleep before I settle down in bed. Long may it continue lol
Another reason can be lack of exercise.
Personally I feel physically and mentally much better now that I take plenty of exercise, and tired for the right reasons.
If it's a new thing & you cant explain why, its worth getting it checked out. Iv felt tired & run down alot recently, had assumed it was my bad sleeping habits. I then recently had to have a blood test for another issue & turned out I'm very anemic so now having to undergo investigations as to why.
It could be a number of things from lack of water to a bad pillow to a thyroid issue. If it has just started to happen and you are concerned see your G.P as without any of us knowing you personally it is difficult and not wise to advise
Besides what everyone has said, taking a shower tends to feel pretty relaxing so I'd suggest that, even if you had one like a day before.
